"Integrated perturbation theory: nonlocal bias, redshift-space
distortions, primordial non-Gaussianity, and resummations"

The standard perturbation theory is extended to simultaneously include
the effects of generally nonlocal bias, redshift-space distortions and
primordial non-Gaussianity. The treatment of these effects are the
most general ones. Nonlocal biasing is the most general way of
formulating wide varieties of conceivable bias models. Inclusion of
redshift-space distortions and primordial non-Gaussianity is
straightforward in this framework. Partial resummations are considered
as well.
